Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published
containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th
months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions
of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are
discontinued from 01/01/2009.

SPECIAL NOTICE
Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

I will not use the word solar panels as solar means from sun.so, instead of that we are using bulb or flashlight .so,l will use the word
photovolatic cells. By using two photovolatic cells each giving 6volts output packed in a box in such a way that the photovolatic cells
are opposite to each other having some gap between them. In this gap put a 3.7 volt high intensity bulb or flashlight giving white
flurocent light in such a way that the photons or light can reflect both the photovolatic cells surface and produce 6 volts from each
photovolatic cells. if it is not giving accurate 6volts means it is giving 3volts or 4volts then use 12volts photovolatic cells means it will
give 6volts to 7 volts. Now use the two 3.7 volts li-ion battries. Assume batteryl and battery2. Charge batteryl fully(100%) and leave
battery2 empty(0%). Now join the bulb or flashlight with the help of wires to charged batteryl. Now join the empty battery2 to the
photovolatic cell 2 in the box with the help of wires put a blocking diode between so that the empty battery could get charged by
photovoltaic cell 2. Put a switch in such a way that we can change the position of the battries. Now when the bulb or flashlight will
glow with the help of batteryl both the photovolatic cells will produce 6volts each the photovolatic cell 2 will charged battery2 .
Photovoltaic cells 1 will give 6volt output. For continuous output we can use the switch means when batteryl will get empty by the use
of the bulb or flashlight battery2 will get charged by photovolatic cell 2 and then we can use battery2 to glow a bulb and batteryl will
get charged with the help of photovolatic cell 2 continuing this process the photovolatic cell 1 will give 6volts output continuously. so
we can produce current or electricity with no cost by different volts of photovoltaic cells and battries which can be use to work devices
using direct current continuously.For alternative current we can use inverters.

can be used for three purposes as given below by changing software. 1. To count concentration level (Concentration counter) 2. Clock
3. The stop clock The common Printed circuit board can be used with different list of components. The short explanations of all these
three are as given below. 1. To count concentration level (Concentration counter) This counter will count the concentration level of the
person on time scale. The display of this concentration counter will display seconds up to one minute)60 - seconds). Two keys are
given on front panel with labels START and ON/OFF DISPLAY. The start key will start concentration counter from 00{on display).
The on/off key will simply on and off the display. 2. Clock In the present work a battery backup clock is designed and constructed.
This clock is also having an alarming facility. The date can also be seen in this clock. The +5V power supply (PS) is designed and
constructed for the microcontroller based embedded system (ES). The online UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) type PS is used.
The four pushbutton switches are used to set the normal date, time and alarming time with on-off facility. 3. The stop clock The four
pushbutton switches are used to work with this stop clock. These four switches are named as Reset, Start, Stop and Load. The software
is developed to get the accuracy up to one hundredth part of one second. The stopwatch of the mobile handset Nokia 3315 is used as
reference stopwatch to achieve good accuracy. This stop clock can be used for many other practical applications.
