Séminaire Histoire des arts de l’Afrique: L’institutionnalisation de l’histoire de l’art en tant que discipline, est indissociable de la constitution d’un récit national, voire nationaliste. Ce séminaire interrogera les modalités d’ouverture de ce champ aux arts dits « autres », en portant une attention particulière aux arts d’Afrique. La question du primitivisme et de l’art brut sera abordée, de même que l’ouverture plus récente aux arts contemporains.
