Built infrastructure and processes to enable NanoNexus to provide photolithographic MEMS
based products in less than eight weeks from customer data to finished products.
• Hired and supervised internal designers and subcontractors for the design and production of
photolithography masks and printed circuit boards (PCBs).
• Contracted external vendors to create custom CAD / EDA design tools that reduced design
time by over 50%. Oversaw internal software development of automation tools & scripts.

Managed multiple semiconductor interconnect products from conception through customer
production orders. Developed NanoNexus technology into viable products as well as sold and
marketed both products and company to customers and investors.

enabling the sales of over $230 M of semiconductor test equipment (STE). My team integrated
the STE into customers’ engineering and high volume manufacturing environments for wafer
probe and packaged part test.

a test hardware provider to a total solution provider.
• Transitioned my unit from full custom projects to standardized products and customized
projects in order to improve customer satisfaction, reduce lead times and improve
profitability.
Lead Project Manager June 1994 to March 1998
Sold, engineered and managed the installation of custom integration projects to a worldwide
customer base. Increased project sales 285% in first two years from $1.3 M to $3.7 M. Projects
included high precision integration hardware that was successfully manufactured, using external
vendors, at very low volumes without any prototypes. Proper planning made every installation a
success; on time and fully functional.
