replacements. This is where they rely on temp agencies to find competent and reliable
substitutes who are willing to fill a certain position for a limited amount of time. It is
certainly easier to outsource the recruitment work, but there are factors to consider when
looking for an agency who will find the right people.
Here are a few questions companies need to answer before entrusting recruitments to a
third-party source:

As with any service acquired from other

Many companies today, especially the ones
