2. Many curious monuments are in my city , especially in the Old Town. These monuments are: Neptune's Fountain is nearby and this beautiful fountain is considered to be the symbol of Gdańsk. During WWII the fountain was hidden from the Nazis and only returned to its rightful place in 1954.
3. Golden Gate originally Langgasser Tor , is one of the most notable tourist attractions of the city. From the West side figures represent: Pax (Peace), Libertas (Freedom), Fortuna (Wealth) and Fama (Fame). From the East side (Long Lane) they are Concordia (Agreement), Iustitia (Justice), Pietas (Piety) and Prudentia (Prudency).
4. Zuraw (the wooden Crane) was originally built in the 14th Century and rebuilt in the 15th Century after a devastating fire. The crane was used for loading cargo ships and was also used for ship construction.
5. At night after this touring we can also spend time nicely in many great places. In the club „Parlament” is great climate, good music and nice staff. Club is opened from 9pm to 4 am by seven days a week.
6. We can also go to the cinema on night session or some film marathons. Price of ticket fluctuates from 14 zł for 21 zł.
7. In summer season in Gdańsk happen many cultural events. One of important cultural events is saint Dominic Fair. On this fair we can buy many great things, see many artistic presentations and spectacular concerts.
