  4. Where do we get our energy? Where do we get our learning? Where do we turn to when we are down? Where do we turn in a time of help? How do we access knowledge on tight budgets?
  5. Doing the same thing again and again and to expect different results is insanity. The job has changed, our work has changed, therefore our efforts need to change.
