8. Demo - Requirements
- Take a message for a user (add this to a SharePoint list)
- List Fields include:
- Recipient
- Contact details (phone number, address, etc.)
- Contact by (email, phone, etc.)
- What is the message
- If it’s business related
- Send an Email to the recipient notifying them of the message
- Have them respond to the message with “Thanks” to acknowledge receipt of the
message
- If the email isn’t handled within 1 hour, and it’s business related, inform the
manager of the message
