IT Pathshala a rapidly emerging IT training provider in the north India with head office in Noida
U.P., has come up with more comprehensive and innovative version of partnership program to
provide training and infrastructure support to engineering colleges, particularly small ones. The
program is aiming at providing dual benefits of enhancing students’ employability and helping
institutes spread their presence across the country.
IT industry is fast changing industry making it difficult for students as well as institutes to keep
the pace with time. Taking this as the more pressing need of engineering colleges; IT Pathshala
Partnership Program has been designed to keep both students and training staff abreast with
every update in the field though various approaches. Employability Test is one of them, serving
as the best platform for students to test their skills. Just like that, it offers Online Assessment
Application which makes various types of assessments easier for college administration.
In its effort to help colleges provide best quality training in various fields of IT & related
subjects, IT Pathshala conducts Employability Seminar and Technology Workshops to provide
students an opportunity to interact with experts from industry. This initiative helps them better
understand the trends and needs of the industry and improve their skills accordingly.
Industrial Visits & Campus Drives were added to the program to help students improve their
practical knowledge by working on live projects. As most of institutes don’t have facility to
provide their students opportunity to get hands on experience. This program has been proving to
be a win- win initiative for colleges that are seriously struggling with this kind of problem.
The head of the team of IT Pathshala conveyed: “we have drafted the program taking into
accounts every aspect of problems faced by engineering colleges while providing IT training to
candidates. He further added that most of the graduate students do not possess the skills needed
by the industry. Taking the cognizance of this problem, we focus more on practical knowledge.
What is more, this partnership program will also result in Employability Enhancement as the
students gone through training at IT Pathshala will be able to leverage their skills in getting job.”
With the help of this program, while enhancing students’ employability through conducting
online employability test and providing opportunity to work on live projects, colleges can also
enhance their presence across the country.

and looking forward to add more such associations in coming time.
