look for the login
portlet.

4. FORGOTTEN PASSWORD
Click the ‘I forgot my username/
password’ from
http://community.iwlearn.net
or a project website/COP website.
Follow the simple instruction, i.e.,
type in your e-mail address, then
an email with the password reset
instruction will be sent to you after
a minute or two. If not, please check
your Spam box. Don’t forget to
mark the e-mail as ‘not spam’ to
make sure you get relevant
notifications from your COP.

5. LET YOUR COMPUTER REMEMBER
YOUR LOGIN ;)
Log in one time from
http://community.iwlearn.net
and select the ‘Remember me
on this computer’ to let the
computer fill in the login form
Automatically for you next
time. All you need to do is to
click the ‘Sign in’ button.
Please take note that you’ll have to select one time the ‘Remember
me on this computer’ option for each computer you regularly use to
sign in. If this is not convenient or safe for you, you can always opt to
download a free secure password keeper such as PasswordSafe
which works for all sorts of password.

6. HOW DO I GET A LOGIN
If you aren’t a member yet of the GEF IW Community
Platform, you may use the online form to request to join
or write directly to the IW:LEARN Team
(info@iwlearn.org).
