In cooperation with our local partner in Thailand, we negotiated
developed a very successful project in Thailand. Weekly meetings and
daily personal training/coaching system designed develop together by
my team and our Thai partner helped our local associated offices sell out
the project. Negotiation and assisting in drafting contracts.
Together with CEO we completely revitalized and modified the process
of candidate recruitment. We solved the ongoing problems of
customer’s confidence and synchronized sales staff training. This helped
the customer signing up ratio.
Start and maintain construction projects on the ground in Thailand,
