3. 1. List
Get your item information
● Put together a title and thorough description of your item.
● Take good digital pictures (file sizes no bigger than 150k each) - No
pictures? Don't worry, still list the item.
● Plan your pricing by finding out what similar items sell for.
● Decide what payment methods you can and will accept.
List it on JamDeal
● Click the "Sell" tab, choose a category.
● Enter the item name and description.
● set your price, any features you wish to pay for, and upload your pictures.
● outline shipping, how you want to be paid.

4. 2. Sell
Promote your items
● Email all your friends and family and ask them to spread the word about
your listings.
● Share your listings on Facebook, Twitter and other social networks.
Check your Members Area
● You can manage your listings and track sales from My JamDeal.
● Please ensure to check your messages for questions from your buyers.
● JamDeal will email you when an item is sold, and when buyers ask any
questions.

5. 3. Deliver
Check your emails
● Once items are sold, you will receive emails from JamDeal notifying you.
● Login to see contact details for your buyers.
Contact the buyer
● Whether by phone, email or JamDeal messages.
● Arrange delivery and payment between yourselves on your own.

6. 4. Feedback
Login to Feedback area
● Once the sale is completed, login to My JamDeal.
● Go to My JamDeal > Feedback.
Leave feedback
● Decide on a positive, neutral or negative feedback.
● Write a short comment about the other person.
Example
"great seller, item as described" or
"buyer was easy to contact, will do business again"
