James Patrick Howard, II has completed an online course on Astrobiology and the Search for Extraterrestrial Life from the University of Edinburgh with distinction. The course provided an introduction to astrobiology and the search for life outside of Earth, covering the scientific fields of physics, biology, chemistry, and social sciences involved in the interdisciplinary study of finding life in the universe. The course was taught by Professor Charles Cockell of the UK Centre for Astrobiology at the University of Edinburgh.
