mile] and has 29 stations, four of which are underground, while the Green line has also a total length of
22.5km [14-mile] and has 20 stations, eight of which are also underground. The Construction Team is a
consortium of four Japanese companies and one Turkish company, headed by general contractor
Obayashi Corp. The other Japanese consortium members are general contractor Kajima Corp, Turkey's
Yapi Merkezi Insaat Ve Sanati AS, Japan's Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd and trading house Mitsubishi
Corp.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer QC inspection staff activities of the E & M works under the delegation of the QA/QC Manager.
Coordinate with construction team for Electro-mechanical related activities and ensure the proper
implementation of inspection and testing procedure, project quality control procedures, method
statement and inspection testing plans; thru surveillance monitoring of the related site inspection E&M

The Residences at Greenbelt – San Lorenzo Tower, [form September 2007 to February 2008] - The
project is located at Esperanza Drive, Legaspi’ Village, Makati City. It is one of the tallest skyscrapers in
the Philippines with a height of 204.5 meters from ground to its architectural spire. The building has 57
floors above ground, which include a 4-level podium with commercial establishments, and 3 basements
parking level. The residential unit includes 1, 2 & 3 bedroom units, bi-leveled units and penthouses.
Equipped with split type air-conditioning system, CCTV, PA/BGM, automatic fire sprinkler system,
constant pressure pump system and four elevators.
TriNoma, formerly North Triangle Commercial Complex [form February 2007 to September 2007]
- The project is located at North Avenue corner EDSA, Quezon City. It is a 4 level regional shopping
centre building with 8.3 hectares footprint. Build on top of the existing depot of Metro Rail Transit and
has direct connection to the concourse of MRT Station. The shopping mall is the first in the Philippines to
adopt the Ice Thermal Plant for its air-conditioning system; substation equipment has 18MVA power,
equipped with modern security system, and dedicated sewage treatment plant with capacity of 400 m 3
and 600 m3 each.
Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas Security Complex Buildings [from January 2005 to January 2007] -
The project is located at Central Bank of the Philippines, East Avenue, Quezon City. The buildings are
constructed and rehabilitated per modules which includes, Skywalk, Security Holding Area, Additional
Parking, Security-Related Facilities, Bullet Proof Security Doors and Windows, Security Equipment and
Devices, Three Storey Cash Management Centre, Dining-Cum- Assembly Hall, Additional Structures as
Multi-Purpose Warehouse, Utility Building, Motor pool Facilities and Armored Truck/Car Parking and
Building Upgrades.
The Shang Grand Tower [July 2003 – December 2004] - The project is located at De La Rosa Street,
Makati City. It is a 46-storey 180 meters (630ft) residential condominium building with four basement
and three-above ground parking floors, elegantly designed 1, 2, 3 & 4 bedroom units. It has Amenity
Floor, Clubhouse and Swimming Pool. The building is equipped with split-type air-conditioning system,
automatic fire sprinkler system, constant pressure pump system, four elevators and high-tech security
system.
Immaculate Conception Academy [from January 2003 to July 2003] - The project is two Storey
Student Council Building with Mini-Olympic Swimming Pool and Bath House located at West Greenhills,
San Juan, Metro Manila, Philippines
Union Bank Plaza, formerly World Finance Tower [from July 2001 to December 2003] – The
project is an office skyscraper located in Pasig City, Philippines. It rises 206 meters [676 ft.] from
ground level to roof top helipad. The building has 49 levels above ground, and 6 basement levels,
equipped with 15 elevators, CCTV, BMS system and centralized air-conditioning system located at Onyx
corner Sapphire Streets, Ortigas Complex Pasig City Philippines.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pre-Construction Phase - Reviews Plans and Documents for Bidding and Construction, identify items
on the plan for possible value engineering without sacrificing the design concept and functionality,
prepares Budgetary Cost Estimate for Mechanical, Plumbing & Fire Protection Works and assists in the
preparation of contract documents and attend bidding process together with the pre-con manager.
Construction Phase - Manage and Monitor each phase of mechanical, sanitary/plumbing and fire
protection works and see to it that the approved construction plan and technical specification is properly
implemented. Conduct on-site inspections and check the works if in compliance with approved

3. specifications and contract requirements. Monitor if the CQC Groups is strictly implementing the
approved contractors’ Quality Plan and witness all test of materials and equipments and secure test

Post Construction Phase - Prepare a final punch list showing the items that needs corrections,
