30. Who and what? Where? What are the common tasks for mobile devices? Key information needed? Enterprise systems? One-way or two-way? What mobile capabilities should be used? Are there key groups of staff with specific needs? Where in Australia must it work? What other countries and networks should be supported? Will international roaming be supported?
31. How? When? What devices will be supported? Will phones be provided? How to gain access? In-house developed, or third-party? Security? Data protection? What will be delivered initially? Longer-term vision? Phased approach? How to respond to new devices and capabilities?
32. How much? Why? What is the budget for delivering mobile functionality? How will data charges incurred by staff be covered? Business benefits? How will these be measured? How will core business needs be supported? How does mobile support long-term strategic plans?
