 Customer liability calculations for cash less facility.
 Preparation and analysis of MIS Reports in respect of Body Shop
department and customer feedback to be submitted to the respective
analytical department.
 Taking adequate measures and steps for resolving customer grievances
and satisfying their expectations.
 Coordinating with different departments of the company in respect of
Sales and Service.
 Implementing all measures for retaining clients and developing new
service marketing strategies.
 Put into practice the standards as laid down by ISO 9002 and its effective
observance.
 Drafting of an Internal Check list in respect of all procedures to be applied
by different departments for achieving customer satisfaction.
 Drafting of different correspondences.
MY VISION STATEMENT
Most of the organizations today are revisiting their business strategies, even the
ones that have worked well in the past. The forces of competition have changed
the complexion of their business and are making an impact beyond perception.
Information at fingertips, lean distribution networks, training and customer
relationship management are just not classroom buzzwords, but essential
survival kits for any business today. In earlier days these business strategies
were not so applicable & important but now with the cut-throat competition in
industry, there is a need to re-look & inculcate the best business practices to get
best talents. Ultimately, the end product is going to be the best. With this change
in the scenario, there is a great requirement of inducting people from industry &
other profession with diversified experience to professionally manage at apex
level by having best practices, methods, systems and procedures & being
approachable & available, transparent & honest, undertaking sports & outdoor
activities, keeping fun & physical fitness. One must not forget that healthy body
can only keep a healthy mind & not the vice versa.
I have been living everyday with unyielding integrity and commitment, taking on
challenges, and valuing human relationships, leading a socially and ethically
responsible life respecting the law, supporting universal human values and rights
and protecting the environment benefiting the communities. I always believed in
self-example & like to accept challenges. I have been mostly working with the
deadlines always. With the qualities of hard work, missionary zeal, pro-active
approach, sincerity & honesty and 'can achieve' spirit to work under stress, I
would be able to achieve any set targets/objectives. Most of the time, trained to
work under stress & within the deadlines, I was able to achieve the
organizational goals/ objectives.
This part of my journey is about adding more value to an organization, building a
symbiotic bridge between profits and profitability to humanity and giving
reasons to all to smile. Respect for the colleagues / employees & ongoing concern
for the environment & safety would be on highest priority.
