CITE Concordia’s 46-credit program is designed for working professionals who do not hold certification in education and need a program that will work around their 9 to 5 work schedule. Upon completion of the program and state mandated tests and workshops, Students will be eligible for certification in General and Special Education at Early Childhood Level. Coursework is offered on Saturdays from 8:30am – 4:00pm. In addition to course work, students are required to attend workshops designed to prepare students to successfully complete new, more rigorous, state exams. Affordability is essential when choosing a where to pursue your education. At $425 per credit, the total tuition cost of the program is under $20,000. 10. Transfer
credits
- Concordia College will consider 6 credits
for transfer into the Early Childhood
Program.
- These credits must be taken within the
last 5 years and the student must receive
a B+ or better.
- Furthermore, every potential transfer will
be evaluated by Concordia faculty to
ensure that the content area is a match
with the program.
- Transfer Credit evaluation will take place
at the time of acceptance.
