Highlight the future tense verbs, highlight the time phrases (10mins) 3 Speaking: Pairs – using questions on board, speaking activity. Encourage use of opinions and time phrases (5 – 7 mins) 4 Writing: Students to write their own conversation and practise speaking aloud. Greens to be stretched through encouraged use of opinons with reasons and time phrases, verbs in other forms (not just 1st person singular). (5 mins) Reds Cut up sentences order cards – 3 sentences, varying in difficulty (5mins) Reading Comprehension 1. Answer questions 2. Highlight the future tense verbs, highlight the time phrases (10 mins) Speaking: Pairs – using questions on board, speaking activity. Encourage use of opinions and time phrases (5 – 7 mins) Writing: Students to write their own conversation and practise speaking aloud. (5 – 7 mins) When students have completed an activity – they can help another group to complete their task.
