   EFX Features

   The Locking Pin

   The locking pin secures the foot pedals to keep them from

   Converting Handlebar Positions                                                                       The following steps explain how to convert the handlebars

   Heart Rate Features

Storage location Ramp The locking pin secures the foot pedals to keep them from traveling up or down the ramp. Before beginning your Lanyard workout, pull firmly on the pin to slide it out of the roller arm. Refer to Diagram 2. A lanyard attaches the locking pin to the ramp. The EFX5.35 handlebars can be locked in either a stationary (Lower Body) or moving arm (Total Body) position 1.
