BERK carbon bicycle frame
for BERK COMPOSITES
Together with client Jure Berk from company Berk composites, we
created a new design of classical road bike frame.
The new frame is made completely of carbon fiber with monococque
technique.
My engagement in this project was also to CAD model the enitre
frame and design all the monocoque tools.

LEAF carbon computer mouse
PERSONAL PROJECT
A personal project of designing a modern computer mouse made of
carbon fiber and injection moulded plastic parts.
The electronics are currently taken from Logitech M187 wireless
mouse.
The basic shape of a mouse is organic and is following the shape of
leaves.
The project is still in work, yet to be realized soon.

FIGARO carbon speaker
for SWspeakers
Actualising the design of Sinan Wasif, owner of SWspeakers from
hand drawings to full digital.
The speaker body is made entirely of carbon fiber by CDT-R company.
My part in this project was to digitalize all the ideas to CAD models
and to design machined aluminum tools of parts for carbon fiber
production.
The next step was also designing the graphic layouts for marketing
and promotional materials, such as catalogues and flyers.

Custom Harley Davidson Night Rod Special,
Supercharged by Strada Bikewerk
for STRADA BIKEWERK
In 2012 Strada Bikewerk asked me to join
them in the final stages of an ambitious
project. A small series production of a
custom Harley-Davidson Night-Rod.
The main feature is a bolt on supercharger
system designed and built by Strada,
which needed to pass E3 homologation.
The custom bodywork was designed for
Strada by John Keogh Design and all
original carbon fibre components were
made by carbon fibre specialists CDT-R.
My part on this project was to CAD
digitize the entire supercharger system
and to draft all technical drawings and
related documentation.

SHIFTER - tem holder
for IJS - INSTITUT JOZEF STEFAN
Together with Gašper Ovčak, we developed a new, innovative way of
manipulator for holders, used in transmission electron microscopy for the
Jožef Stefan Institute.
The new TEM holder, named SHIFTER, is much smaller than any similar
product and is fully modular.
It is completely CAD modeled and machined from aluminum, steel and brass.
Covers are covered with carbon fiber layer.
Functionalities of the product are shown in a 3d animation.

cigarette dispenser
for BOGME TEHNIKA
Client wanted a new, different, but still affordable design of cigarette
dispenser for mass production.
The challenge was to fit 9 actuators in smaller gauge than existing
version had.
A whole box is made of machined wood with metal hinges for doors.

for VARIOUS CLIENTS
Innovative exhibition stands and visualizations for upcoming
exhibitions in Slovenia and abroad have been designed according to
clients’ requests and demands.

biathlon rifle stock
for PETER DOKL
Peter Dokl is a member of Slovenian national Biathlon team and is
representing Slovenia in Biathlon World Cup, Biathlon World
Championships and also Winter Olympic Games.
He was looking for a new, innovatiove design for his competition rifle
with several personal requests included, such as:
- futuristic army look
- pistol grip
- partially retractable stock
It has been a challenge as there were many obstacles in design as
the international rules by IBU had to be followed.
The prototype CAD model is now in production and
after additional testing the tools will be made.
A final model will be made of carbon fiber
by company Berk Composites

PERSONAL PROJECT
A project goal was to design an untraditional and organic shaped bicycle
frame for competiton road bicycles.
The frame is completely CAD modeled and will be made of carbon fiber
material.

PERSONAL PROJECT
A project goal was to design an untraditional, organic and totaly
asymmetrically shaped bicycle frame for city bikes.
The whole bicycle is completely CAD modeled with some innovative
components such as braking system without levers, innovative fork,
chainstays and stem design.

for CDT-R
The client’s idea was the design of the first monococque carbon fiber
motorcycle stand.
The shape was followed by the idea of asymmetrical basic shape and
by rigidity of the final product. Two versions were made, one with
more slick design and the other, more rigid version.
The potential customers are owners od Ducati motorcycles.

PPV anchoring system animation
for FRANC LESKOVEC
A Slovenian company owner Franc Leskovec contacted me in order
to make a realistic 3d animation as an instruction manual for one of
his poducts.
The animation was to show the product - anchor, the tool, preparing
the holes and finally the usage of this product. The animation was
also adapted for two companies to sell the product abroad.
His product is used for fixing polystyrene or rock wool insulation on
a house façade.

beer tap
for BOGME TEHNIKA
The client wanted a new, low cost and modern looking beer tap
for bars.
A basic idea was to make the complete housing of sheet metal.
Final product will be a combination of polished sheet metal main
sleeve and carbon fiber details.

PROTECTOR superbike handguards
for CDT-R
The client’s idea was the design of the first monococque carbon fiber
motorcycle handguards.
The handguards are ment mostly for the superbike motorcycles,
but should fit on any other motorcycle as well.
The shape itself must be non distracting and should be very rigid and
fully adjustable according to different clutch and brake lever sizes.

BUG carbon computer mouse bug
PERSONAL PROJECT
a next generation computer mouse
A personal project of designing a modern computer mouse made of carbon
fiber and injection moulded plastic parts.
The electronics are currently taken from Logitech M187 wireless mouse.
The basic shape of a mouse is organic and is following the shape of insects,
mostly beatles. On both sides a power indication led ring light is also
attached.
The project is still in work, yet to be realized soon.

PROMOVERA CUP package animation
for DEMATRADE
A company Dematrade contacted me in order to create a realistic 3d
animation as a instructional manual for one of their products.
The animation had to show all the details with usage of the product,
including assembling, filling, venting and application.
Their product is a cup, used for applying a pharmaceutical cream and is
made of 4 components.

19. active chair design & animation
for PFEIFER INVENT SYSTEMS
Designing a product for slovenian innovator Boris Pfeifer from company
Pfeifer Invent System.
The client contacted me in order to realize a final shape of his innovation
- Active Chair and to make several visualizations and an animation
presenting the functionality.
The visualizations were presented on poster at clients’ exhibition stand
on Slovenian Forum of Innovation 2012 in Ljubljana, as well as the
animation on a big screen.

architectural visualizations
for VARIOUS CLIENTS
Clients’ requests were to create realistic architectural visualizations of
different exterior and interior scenes of objects ona a basis of their layout.
Many projects included modeling, texturing and lightning of the objects or
places. Additionally, most of the projects also needed post rendering
photomontaged effects for the visualizations in order to be even more
lifelike.

for CARBONIN
Ongoing cooperation with the Carbonin company for several years.
Lots of projects were made during past years.
Most of my projects are based on promotional and marketing material,
such as:
- exhibition stands design for EICMA shows, including several graphic
layouts of printed walls
- promotional flyers
- new racing logo design
- sticker design
- keychain design
- motorcycle stands
- flags
- outdoor tents for promotion on the racetracks
The biggest and also very important project was designing the parts
catalogue for season 2012 with 90 pages and parts list with photos
including over 30 motorcycles.
