implement the construction of 55 West,
a 32-story mixed-use luxury high-rise’s
built atop Downtown Orlando’s historic
Church Street Market. This standout project
features 405 luxury residential and 25,000
SF of office condominiums. A12,000 SF
health club and spa will provide health
and relaxation diversions. Adding to
the one-stop living of the address is
45,000 SF of retail and restaurant
space, 10,000 SF dedicated to the arts,
and an 11-story, 1,072-car parking
garage, as well as a pool and parking
deck. 55 West is one of the most high-
ly-anticipated projects in Metro
Orlando. It’s considered to be a key
project in the revival of the city’s hub.

Traditions Square, the heart of Core
Communities’ expansive Traditions
development. Three one-story and
two-story buildings house office and
retail space, surrounding the Town
Hall Building which serves as the
square’s anchor. The town hall,
designed along a church-inspired
theme, is an area where residents
can gather for special events such as
weddings, concerts and community
meetings, reinforcing the develop-
ment’s emphasis on encouraging
small-town life and values.

The Village of Imagine is a 30-acre
village-styled resort concept consist-
ing of two hotels, fine-dining estab-
lishments, a spa, boutiques, and an
array of recreational options, all
within a self-contained site. The
resort’s units are condos, which
owners can utilize as rental suites
when not owner-occupied. Baker
Barrios Architects, Inc. was asked to
be Architect of record for Phase I of
this multi-phase project located near
one of Orlando’s most popular
attractions, Universal Studios
Theme Parks - and across from the
Orange County Convention Center.
The resort will be set on the shores
of two lakes and interwoven by a
series of waterways and pedestrian
walkways.
