the bottling bucket.
● NEXT STEPS:
○ pitch 3/4c priming sugar mixed with a
small amount of hot water
○ Attach bottling tubing
○ Bottle liquid and have a second person
cap the bottles quickly
○ Store for 2-3 weeks!
6. Take a Gravity Reading
The gravity reading after
brewing was = 1.06=7.8%
After fermentation
=1.013=1.8%
7.8-1.8=6
Total Alcohol Content= 6%
