Overall Responsibilities
QA/QC Responsibilities:
 Responsible for the implementation of Quality Control System related electrical works accordance with
project specification and Engineering Standards. As per project QA/QC plan.
 Verify the equipments and devices used in the project requirements and meet the specification as per project
requirements, Standards. tested in accordance with the procedures.
 Report to QA/QC Manager and Project Manager on the day to day basis. As per project QA/QC plan.
 Monitoring the QC Inspectors, Inspections and Documentation work.
 Coordinate with Client representatives regarding the implementation and Quality of works
 Initiating Proactive Notifications to avoid further complications or violations
 Initiating Internal NCR’s for all non-Conformances in the project whenever required ,As per Schedule -Q
 Verify all required inspection report and test records are systematically generated and compiled to the
approved QC Procedures.
 Preparation of Pre and Post Inspection Documents, review of loop packages obtaining approval for them
from the Clients / Customers
 Preparation of Inspection Test Plan for Installation and Pre-Commissioning.
 Preparation of Inspection Checklist in accordance with ITP and Project Specifications
 Preparation of Energization Procedure As per Project Specifications
 Package Preparation for Transformer, Panel Energization and Motor solo run.
 Prepare System wise packages for final walk through.
 Preparing Exception Item List (Punch List items) for all pending and no-conforming activities in the project.
Supporting Final Hand over of System package.
