community covenanted to
Christ to follow Him at all times
and in the power of the Holy
Spirit.

3. SFC is part of the Family Ministries of
Couples for Christ.
Launched on June 18, 1993
CFC Kids for Christ (KFC).
CFC Youth for Christ (YFC).
CFC Singles for Christ (SFC).
CFC Handmaids of the Lord (HOLD).

Every single man and
woman all over the world
experiencing Christ.

5. SFC EXPANDED VISION:
Singles for Christ is the next generation
of Couples for Christ, empowered by the
Holy Spirit to journey and witness with
single men and women in their discovery
and pursuit of vocations and the fullness
of the mission towards building a
Christ-centered society.

7. The Great Commission
“Go, therefore, and make disciples of all
nations, baptizing them in the name of
the Father, and of the Son, and of the
holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all
that I have commanded you. And
behold, I am with you always, until the
end of the age.” (Matt 28:19-20)

8. PHILOSOPHY OF THE CFC SINGLES FOR CHRIST
We believe that our bodies are
temples of the Holy Spirit.
We believe that God gave us gifts
and talents with which we can serve
and glorify Him.
We believe in the indissolubility of
Christian marriage.

9. PHILOSOPHY OF THE CFC SINGLES FOR CHRIST
We believe that we are called to live out
our faith fully.
We believe in living productive lives as
citizens of our country, obeying its laws
and respecting its institutions.
We believe that individual and corporate
renewal can best be achieved by having a
deep personal relationship with Jesus
Christ as Lord and Savior.

10. By our committed relationships.
We believe that we have a
responsibility to encourage and support
one another.
We have a 5-point commitment which
is embodied in a small white card which
we carry with us. COVENANT CARD

11. Through households.
to provide a means for encouraging
and hastening growth as a Christian.
share life experiences and
God's practical wisdom.
helped to overcome obstacles in the
Christian life.

brotherhood / sisterhood.

12. The household meets once a week, on the
same day of the week as mutually agreed on
by its members.
The household meetings are held in the
homes of the group members, on rotation
basis from week to week.
3 ingredients of household meeting:
1. period of prayer and worship
2. time for sharing or discussion
3. and some time for fellowship

13. By our ongoing teaching and formation.
Covenant Orientation.
Singles Weekend Retreat I.
Evangelization Training.
By the other regular activities of our
community.
Monthly prayer assemblies.
Lord's Day celebrations, Anniversaries,
Family Days, Evangelization Rallies,
Leaders Conferences, etc. Social activities.
