Kurtis has been a teacher, vice-
principal, principal and is currently
faculty at the University of Lethbridge.
With nearly a decade of experience as
an administrator, Kurtis has been
recognized with two finalist awards
from the Alberta Excellence in
Teaching program (as a teacher and
an administrator) and was one of three
honorees for the ASCD Outstanding
Young Educator Award in 2010. As
part of Jigsaw Learning, Kurtis works
with schools and districts across
Alberta, committed to establishing
systemic structures and processes to
ensure success for all students, as well
as presenting provincially, nationally
and internationally.
