To equip them with the skills required to succeed in the low carbon economy. 3. Low Carbon Hub: the ECCC is a physical space bringing together academics, policy makers, industry leaders, entrepreneurs and investors; facilitating knowledge-exchange, co-operation and joint action towards delivering a low carbon future.
