Introduce presenters and JISC infoNetGive timings and domestics – fire drill, toilets, breaks, turn phones offAll content backed by online resources – infokitsInteractive session – give your experiences, challenge us if you have a different point of view, tell us what would work and what not – some of this would challenge your cultures perhapsOur methodology meant to supplement not to replace what you currently doGo round table to collect names, organisations and expectations for the day
Done the first. The resources are based on good practice and case studies from real educational organisations. They are also based on Prince2 which is the definitive methodology for the public sector. (Ask for anyone who uses it or is qualified or has heard of it.) We only have a day so this will have to be fast but there will be lots more material available online. Use the resource. We will look at the fundamental issues and the essential tools and techniques sprinkled with lots of practical advice, hints and tips.At the end of the day we’ll invite you to consider what YOU will do first after having been on this workshop.
