Technical ViewWe are in clear uptrend and we should ride
the NIFTY and benchmark stocks on the
long side. DO NOT SHORT NIFTY unless
NIFTY closes below 6001/5950 mark.
We have seen an average volume on NIFTY
with a very small spread which normally
would be indicating some sort of profit
booking after a nonstop run up of 119.90
points.
IT and PHARMA did not show any strength
whereas MEDIA, METALS, PSU BANKS and
REALTY sectors helped NIFTY to sustain at
the current levels.
Market is expected to open on a positive
note and likely to remain range –bound
during the day. We will only buy Nifty
Outlook for the day
future if crosses 6140 level. Above 6140
level it can go up towards 6180 – 6190
levels.
Intraday traders can SHORT NIFTY only
below 6115 level it can go down towards
6070 – 6050 levels. Two strong support on
down side (i) 6070 , ( ii)6050
Fundamental ViewNIFTY traded in the flat to Positive territory for
the whole day. In spite of flat move of NIFTY with
average volumes, we have seen good strength in
SMALLCAP and MIDCAP segment with almost a
percentage gain from the previous day.
