Daily Market Insight
The NSE’s 50-share broadly followed index
Nifty rose by 34.75 to end near its
psychological 6,100 level, while BSE’s
Sensitive Index Sensex surged by over
114.65 to end above the psychological
20,500 mark. the market retreated a bit
around mid afternoon but recovered swiftly
to end the session on a strong note. The
mood was a bit cautious at times, with a
section of investors moving on to the
sidelines, choosing to wait for the release of
second quarter GDP data, due on Friday.
The BSE Mid cap and Small cap indices
ended higher by 0.90% and 0.81%
respectively.
Capital goods stocks were among the most
impressive gainers. Realty and power stocks
were the other star performers of the
session. Select metal, oil, PSU and
information technology stocks too moved
higher.
Outlook for the day
On the day of Nov Derivative expiry, NIFTY
remained in a narrow range and closed at
6092. The High Volume on charts indicates a
reversal of short term bullish trend and below
6036 we will further see more and more selling
which might lead NIFTY to 5700 Mark by Dec
expiry.
BUY CALL: BUY NIFTY ABOVE 6130 FOR
IMMEDIATE TARGET OF 6200.
SELL CALL:
SELL NIFTY ONLY BELOW
6060 FOR IMMEDIATE TARGET OF 5980.

support level then it will drag the index
down

6120--6100
levels
