Scope of Work: Research, Branding, Naming,
Identity, Employee Communications, Web Design,
Development Communications
Epilepsy Foundation of Long Island engaged Brandemix to help them increase awareness of
their services and offerings to a broader audience. The project plan included employee focus
groups, and interviews with more than 25 board members, executive leaders and consumer
families.
The result was a new identity, and materials which increased employee engagement, client
referrals and donations from a wider audience.

CANON FINANCIAL
Scope of Work: Research, Branding, Web
Design, Recruitment Communications
Canon Financial Services (CFS), the leasing subsidiary for Canon business equipment, felt
overshadowed by its parent company, and unable to convey its unique purpose and mission
to prospective customers and employees. These concerns were amplified when Canon
acquired Océ, bringing in 8,000 new employees who required assimilation with CFS’s
company values.
Through employee focus groups, executive interviews and an employee survey, Brandemix
uncovered a value proposition which closely tied to the unique vision, mission and values of
the Canon subsidiary.
By designing new websites (onboarding, careers) and communications and hosting internal
and external activation strategies, Brandemix generated awareness and buy-in from
customers, new employees and prospective talent.
