2. The first train –
20 hours on a HARD SEAT to
Xi’an. Our (noisy..) journey
comrades..

3. 24 hours later-
Finally at my cozy hostel in Xi’an.

4. In Xi’an - We saw the
terra-cotta worriers

5. went to some old
favorite places…

6. And of course tried
the local foods…

9. Which made
Joycekal’e very
happy…..

10. The next stop –Hohhot, capital of Inner Mongolia!

12. Inner Mongolia Grasslands….

Cowboys…

19. Local food – fries and
milk tea with salt!!

23. Next – Manzhouli,
A town on the border with Russia!!

24. 25 hours on a
sleeping bus..

25. And 3 hours on
soviet train…

26. And we were at Manzhouli!!!
However, it wasn’t very impressive at first…

27. But then, we discovered sweet people

28. And VERY, VERY good food…

29. The next day, we were on the road to nature!!

Modern cowboys, houses, sheep and cows…
