D.O.T. Project Process Results 1. Formed small teams 2. Each team set a goal to collect 100 pledges (DOTs) 3. Put a display up in the hallway showing our target and current amount 4. Held weekly meetings to track progress ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object]

Green Roof Process Results ,[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],[object Object],1. Partnered with Sustainable South Bronx 2. Got an engineer to approve the site 3. Had an architect draw up the plan 4. Received permission from our facilities engineer 5. Received permission from the School Construction Authority 6. Ordered the modular trays and sedum 7. Spent 8 hrs unloading them from trucks and putting them on the roof!
