                              Inspired by New York’s iconic Times Square, Hongyi Plaza is
                              a high-energy urban hot spot within China’s most renowned
                              shopping district. The development’s prominent gateway
                              location positions it as prime promotional space, ideal for
                              its wraparound LED screen and media wall. Premier retail,
                              restaurant, entertainment and office space is situated above
                              one of the city’s busiest subway stations at Nanjing Road to

                           China’s most complex and successful mixed-use development

                           Xu Jia Hu subway system, one of the busiest in Shanghai. The

                    Central Walk’s six levels—four retail and two parking—are located
                    under a new 276,000-square-foot public park/green roof which
                    connects the new City Hall and Convention Center. To showcase the
                    retailers, a promenade along the perimeter opens onto restaurants

                     Designed by Callison as the first retail center to serve the needs of
                     the middle and upper-income market, Deira City Centre is Dubai’s
                     most visited retail and entertainment destination, attracting both
                     residents and tourists. Soon after opening, it captured 70 percent of
                     the retail dollars spent in Dubai. Callison’s recent renovation of the
                     center refreshed its contemporary design and provided a connection

                  Russian retail prototype
                        Anchored and developed by IKEA, Mega Khimki is the second
                        in IKEA’s planned series of Mega brand centers in the expanding
                        Russian market. Mega Khimki offers Moscow shoppers a family
                        oriented retail and entertainment destination in a comfortable
                        year round environment. The defining feature of the center is
                        the Wintergarden, an enclosed urban park with an ice-rink
                        and performance area ringed by shops, cafes, cinema and
                        informal seating. The design highlights Russian folklore, with
                        a playful spirit and rich detail appealing to visitors of all ages.
