15. Emergency Evacuation
Nursery:
Deacons and elders help transport all kids
through the main front doors. One helper
counts the kids before they leave and grabs
the sign-in sheet. Once in the parking lot,
count again to make sure all are there.
THEN parents can sign their children out.
16. Emergency Evacuation
Seeds & Sprouts:
One helper counts the kids before they leave
and grabs the sign-in sheet. Evacuate
through the double doors at the end of the
Seeds hallway. Once in the parking lot,
count again to make sure all are there.
THEN parents can sign their children out.
17. Emergency Evacuation
Greenhouse:
One helper counts the kids before they leave
and grabs the sign-in sheet. Evacuate
through the main double doors. Once in the
parking lot, count again to make sure all are
there. Parents will have to sign their children
out.
18. Bathroom Break Policy
Nursery: Call parents to change diapers. If an
emergency situation (blow out) happens,
diapers MUST be changed in front of a
witness.
19. Bathroom Break Policy
Seeds & Sprouts: We use a two-adult bathroom
break policy. The two adults must not be
related. At NO time is an adult ever with a
child on their own.
20. Bathroom Break Policy
Greenhouse: They are expected to be able to
hold it until the end of class. If this is not
possible, they are allowed to go with a
partner. A helper will watch as they head
down the hallway to the bathroom, and as
they return.
