PDHPE focuses on teaching and encouraging
students to make informed decisions related
to health and physical activity and develop
positive attitudes towards a healthy lifestyle.
Students are taught how to lead healthy and
active lives and also appreciating and valuing
themselves and others.

Through the NSW PDHPE Syllabus, students
are able to develop lifelong skills in:
