Edmonton’s economic downturn and upturn factors, makes claims supported by statistics, and present a synopsis of the
strategic plan in place for Edmonton: however, there are no references nor sources listed. NOT scholarly but is popular press.
Appropriate database after reviewing other articles to learn the perspective of topic as presented to the public by media.
