Tier II: Criteria for Placement in SOAR or Guided Reading Plus
                                   3rd Grade
   • If the student has a high accuracy rate but a poor WCPM score the
     student will be eligible for a fluency intervention. (i.e. accuracy rate
     92% or higher, 76 or fewer WCPM)
   • If the student has a high accuracy rate but a poor comprehension score
     on the district benchmark, the 4Sight, and the Maze the student will be
     eligible for a comprehension intervention.
   • If the student has a low instructional reading level and a poor accuracy
     score on the district benchmark and the AIMSweb RCBM the student
     will be eligible for a decoding intervention.
