OUR JOURNEY Established in the year 1952. to manufacture a wide range of welding electrodes & their accessories, industrial electronics equipment, power & process control equipment etc. The Oerlikon. Technology tie-up with the Oerlikon supported us for offering widest range of welding consumables and equipment with superior technical support The Bharat Nirman. We are currently involved in various project with the Govt. of India in the Bharat Nirman Program.

30. THERMAL POWER PLANTS BHEL, NTPC, NEYVELI LIGNITE Ador was instrumental in thePlant erection, introduction of Rutile based electrodes and orbital welders for easy welding

31. NUCLEAR PLANTS BARC, Kalpakkam, Narora, Kaiga Welding solutions for welding high-alloy austenitic materials, high-temperature materials and Capillaries tubes

32. WIND POWER Suzlon, NEPC, Wescare Ador developed special high productivity welding process for welding of composite metal and fabrication of windmills and blades

33. STEEL PLANTS Bhilai, Salem, Durgapur Ador provided technical know how and consumables for the erection of the plant. Electroslag, electrogas welding introduced to the steel sector.

34. OIL AND GAS ONGC, BP, GAIL, HP Ador developed special welding applications and consumables for welding of special non corrosive, temperature and pressure resistant steel for rigs. We also provide services for the maintenance of Drills.

35. MINING Coal India, Nalco, Bharat Gold Mines, Indian Rare Earths Ador was instrumental in setting up the structure and process operation for mines

36. RAILWAYS Rail Tracks Ador provided the Technology and consumables for maintenance of worn out rail track points and crosses, thus improving the productivity and profitablility of the Railways

37. RAILWAYS Wagons and Coaches Ador developed automation processes, special iron powder electrodes for welding of weathering steel. We also fabricated rotating jigs for better deposition and welding position of coaches and wagons.

38. INFRASTRUCTURE Metros-Delhi & Kolkatta, Airport -Delhi T3 & Banglore, Bandra-Worli Sea Link Ador supplied the Automations and consumables for the development of the structures

39. AUTOMOTIVE PLANTS Tata Motors, Hindustan Motors, Maruti, Ashok Leyland Ador provided the automation solutions and consumables for automobile bodies, for ancillaries of the automobile like steering, seats, brakes gears etc.

40. SHIP BUILDING Shipyard – Hindustan, Cochin, Pipavav, Goa Ador developed Non distortive lengths of weldments for ship fabrication, special electrodes for flux cored arc welding

41. FERTILISER PLANTS RCF, Hindustan Fertilizer, Nagarjuna Fertilizer, Fertilizer Corp. of India Ador Developed special electrodes for welding of stainless steel shells that has low or zero ferrite.
