leading television network in the country[4][5][6] with anadvertising revenue of ₱19
billion for the fiscal year 2012.[7] It is a unit of the media conglomerate ABS-CBN
Corporation. It was launched on 23 October 1953 under the name Alto
Broadcasting System, and is among the first commercial television networks in Asia.
Its headquarters are inQuezon City with regional offices and news bureaus in over
25 provincial areas throughout the country.

4. 2.) GMA
a major commercial television & radio network in the Philippines. GMA Network is
owned by GMA Network, Inc. apublicly listed company. Its first broadcast on television
was on October 29, 1961, GMA Network (formerly known as DZBB TV Channel
7, RBS TV Channel 7, GMA Radio-Television Arts then GMA Rainbow Satellite
Network) is commonly signified to as the "Kapuso Network" in reference to the outline
of the company’s logo. It has also been called the “Christian Network” which refers to
the apparent programming during the tenure of the new management, which took over in
1974. It is headquartered in the GMA Network Center in Quezon City and its transmitter
is located at Tandang Sora Avenue, Barangay Culiat also in Quezon City.

(formerly known as ABC 5) is a major Filipino commercial television
network based in Mandaluyong City, Philippines. It is owned and operated
by the ABC Development Corporation, solely owned by MediaQuest
Holdings, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the beneficial trust fund of
the Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company headed by business
tycoon Manuel V. Pangilinan.

6. 4.) STUDIO 23
(officially Studio 23, Inc. and previously AMCARA Broadcasting Network) is
a Filipino television network owned by the ABS-CBN Corporation. The network is
named for its flagship station in Metro Manila, DWAC-TV, which is carried on UHF
channel 23. The network is a sister network of the main channel, ABS-CBN, airing
programming aimed towards young adults, such as North American imports and other
English-language programming, and original Filipino programming aimed at the
demographic as well, such as supplemental programming for ABS-CBN programs. This
station studios are located at 3/F ABS-CBN Broadcast Center, Sgt. Esguerra Ave.,
Mother Ignacia St., Diliman, Quezon City.

7. 5.) QTV
(formerly QTV, standing for Quality TeleVision) was a television
network in the Philippines run by GMA Network, Inc. The network
primarily aired lifestyle programs and dramas particularly aimed toward
women. Its flagship station was DZOE-TV, which GMA ran as part of a
lease with its owner, ZOE Broadcasting Network (who also aired
programming on Q's schedule as part of the agreement, which also
granted it access totechnical resources from GMA).
