This document introduces Zotero, an open-source citation management software. It can be used to organize research, cite sources, and share citations in papers. Zotero stores citation items online or on the user's computer. It supports many reference styles and can export citations in several formats including APA, MLA, and Chicago styles. Zotero integrates with word processors to allow citations to be automatically inserted into papers.
