Network.
• PLN’s have been researched by
universities and their findings shared in
journals.
• It’s about SHARING and CONTRIBUTING
your ideas for learning with others.
• 24/7 access to support.
• Easy, cheap way to get TPL.

10. OUR SESSIONS
Over the four weeks we will cover:
Week 3 – Setting Up Your Blog
Week 4 - Posts & Pages
Week 5 – Connecting Through Comments
Week 6 – Enhancing Posts with Images, Widgets and
Media
Week 7 – Building Readership through Twitter

11. HOW THEY’LL RUN:
• 2:45pm – 3:15pm : Guided
Demonstration
• 3:15pm-4:00pm – Play Time!
You are free to leave at any time after the
demonstration but I will be on hand to help
out as you work through the activities.

12. RESOURCES AND HOMEWORK
• I will email you all the resources I have
created so that you have a soft copy for
any reproduction or in-faculty TPL you
may like to do.
• I was going to set a couple of mini-
activities for you to take home and do.
No pressure. Do them if you have time.
Mainly commenting and browsing for
blogs.
