Latchiya Reseller (Commission Model)
Reseller are the one who lead our sales initiatives and act as a Sales arm of Latchiya
Software Systems by adding value to our SMS services with enhanced customer service
and support. Reseller will focus on promoting and selling Latchiya’s product and services
directly to Medium, Upper Medium and Large businesses. Reseller will get 20% flat
commission for every sale/ closure and 15% of monthly recurring charges if any
Any SME’s can eligible to become our Latchiya reseller, the only requirement is reseller
should consistently meet their sales target

White labeled Resellers can sell m-Reach services in their own brand name and price.
White labeled Resellers must buy our services in advance at a whole sale rate and
distribute the same at their desired price. Here Latchiya will integrate with Reseller
existing payment gateway/bank account, so that they can receive the amount from
consumer directly to their account. Here Reseller should maintain minimum credit
balance and the credit will be deducted for every sale done by the reseller and amount
will be directly credited to the Reseller’s Bank account
