     Shine Resourcing
     Katie Halpin
     •   Ex in-house Recruitment Manager with a background working for some of
         the UK’s top retailers including John Lewis Partnership, Marks and Spencers
         and WHSmith.
     •   Past two years spent as UK Recruitment Manager for the Financial Services
         Division of Vertex a large Business Process Outsourcer, covering roles up to
         Board level across the Financial Services sector.
     •   Deep experience of working within an FSA regulated business and
         Compliance and Risk recruitment specialist.
     •   Background in recruiting Approved Persons into a business, working within
         FSA guidelines
     •   Strong networker, working “away” from job boards with over 3,000 known
         connections on LinkedIn.
     •   Respect and “ear” of many leading Financial Services professionals
     •   Ability to recruit across any discipline within Financial Services and used to
         dealing with both “niche” and “volume” recruitment
