project in Foss Waterway, completing the project within budget, five years after planning phase.
* As Project Manager, managed consultants for a large multi-million dollar project for Tacoma
Narrows Airport during design and construction and successfully transferred ownership to
Pierce County in 2009. Facilitated negotiation of delay costs with contractor with construction
management that reduced delays by $1.5 million from original estimate.

* Revitalized federal floodplain study for Chehalis Indian Reservation, stimulating safe and
effective future land development.
* Managed the selection of consultants for Enumclaw’s Inflow/Infiltration Reduction and Sewer
