information swiftly. Prioritize the content and activities that
mobile job seekers need most.
SIMPLE NAVIGATION: Minimize the number of links and
be ‘fat thumb’ friendly. Large, centered buttons with plenty
of room around them helps reduce accidental clicks.
EASY READING: No one wants to squint or strain to read.
Make sure your site can be read without pinching or
zooming and use contrast between the background and text

easy to browse, career-specific and local-friendly manner.
No one wants to scroll through 100 jobs on their phone.
