•Developed blog from inception, working with IT department to set up virtual
servers and place all security measures in place to protect Motorola.com
infrastructure.
•Worked with internal design team to develop custom wordpress theme and
functionality.
•Created editorial content calendar, including securing all images, videos and
other media.
•Wrote and published all posts.

•In 2010, approached S.L.T. with plan to consolidate 20 channels into one

45. 8. Social Media Monitoring
• Used Visible Technologies monitoring CMS to watch Twitter and
assign replies to myself for informational and issues requiring legal
consult, also to an internal colleague for tech support and to our
agency Weber Shandwick for whimsical and general replies
• With native tools for Youtube, Facebook, Google+, managed
communities and escalated any concerns to legal, including leaked
product announcements, consumer issues such as units catching on
fire to false claims we were reported to have made, to posts
containing bad urls.
• Was point man and worked closely with our legal team by phone
and email for all issues relating to social, from crisis management
issues to contest rules, to blog guidelines.
• Worked with PR team to help put out fires as outlined above.
