•Developed blog from inception, working with IT department to set up virtual
servers and place all security measures in place to protect Motorola.com
infrastructure.
•Worked with internal design team to develop custom wordpress theme and
functionality.
•Created editorial content calendar, including securing all images, videos and
other media.
•Wrote and published all posts.
2.Youtube
Youtube.com/MotorolaTV
•In 2010, approached S.L.T. with plan to consolidate 20 channels into one
•Found vendor to develop custom Youtube gadget
•Worked closed with Youtube account and IT reps
•Conceived and led design of new channel
•Secured $200,000 media buy required to have custom gadget
•Worked with Motorola IT to host channel gadget
•Uploaded, titled, tagged and optimized 400+ videos
•Co-managed creation and managed daily operations of Youtube.com/Motorola
3. Facebook
•Managed E-commerce tab on Facebook
•Managed Youtube tab on Facebook
•Created content (see red arrows) – copy, images, urls with tracking
•Moderated community for content breaking terms of use
•Replied to community requests for help with support issues or FAQs

•Moderated community for content breaking terms of use
•Replied to community requests for help with support issues or FAQs
•Escalated and worked with legal on issues from community.

• Led migration and separation of the
Motorola LinkedIn pages from the
Motorola Mobility side

Conceived and filmed video highlighting DROID RAZR MAXX HD Time-lapse setting
I conceived this program: DROID RAZR recycling program: Trade in any old
phone, get a $25 gift card, free shipping label to return old pone
8. Social Media Monitoring
• Used Visible Technologies monitoring CMS to watch Twitter and
assign replies to myself for informational and issues requiring legal
consult, also to an internal colleague for tech support and to our
agency Weber Shandwick for whimsical and general replies
• With native tools for Youtube, Facebook, Google+, managed
communities and escalated any concerns to legal, including leaked
product announcements, consumer issues such as units catching on
fire to false claims we were reported to have made, to posts
containing bad urls.
• Was point man and worked closely with our legal team by phone
and email for all issues relating to social, from crisis management
issues to contest rules, to blog guidelines.
• Worked with PR team to help put out fires as outlined above.
