•  Monitors all activities of daily maintenance and implementation of preventive maintenance
schedule ontime andkeeprecords
•  Analyzes the Annual maintenance contracts of the service provider as per the
guidelines laidbythe manufacturer
• Review As built drawings and advises management on acceptance of new building and
followsupsinordertoresolve issues/concernsrelatingtoMEPand othercivil works
