Introduction of andragogy Andragogical learning theory Andragogy consists of learning strategies focused on adults. It is often interpreted as the process of engaging adult learners with the structure of learning experience.  3
Introduction of andragogy Andragogical learning theory Originally used by Alexander Kapp in 1833, andragogy was developed into a theory of adult education by Malcolm Knowles. This is often contrasted with the child's learning methods - pedagogical learning. 4
