The outcome of the study is highly dependent on the perception, attitude and understanding of the
observer.
• Management may not disclose all the documents for observation.
• Organization study needs more time as purpose is to study the overall structure and operation of a
business unit.
• The attitude, cooperation and transparency of the management also affect the outcome of the
organization study.
LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
• Electronics is science of how to control electric energy, energy in which the electrons have a
fundamental role.
• The ability of electronic devices to act as switches makes digital information processing possible.
• Using wires, motors, generators, batteries, switches, relays, transformers, resistors, this distinction

•The threats of Power Pro Solution are the market fluctuation which creates a hindrance in the way in

• Good relationship with employers and employee.
• No involvement of employees in any kind of decision making, Decisions are made by the higher
authority.

• Power Pro Solutions need to increase its workforce in order to achieve its targets and goals.

• They need to expand their business into in to various digital marketing platforms.
• Power Pro Solutions need to take special care to expand their product range by various online methods.

SUGGESTIONS OF POWER PRO SOLUTIONS
•The study carried out in Power Pro Solution. Helped me to know about the organization, its profile, its
structure, department functions, working style of employees.
•I started my training under the guidance of Mr. Prasad Thammana who introduced me to functional
heads of various department. I was given opportunity to refer the organization records.
•Rapid changes are taking place in the global trade, with the abolition of quota restriction and emergence
of trade blocks. So the company should be fully geared to compete on the basis of commercial factors
like quality, price, delivery schedules and marketing skills.
•The company has to put continuous efforts to increase marketing share.
•Finally I conclude that Power Pro Solution customers are satisfied with their requirement provided in
their product. But they have some issues with expanding of business.
