In this session, we will cover project portfolio management tools and how they have helped our consulting practice. We discuss on how we leverage SharePoint, Project and Office 365 to effectively manage our projects and people. This session will be demo heavy as cover everything from task list synchronization to project management dashboards. We will also cover some of the best practices we have learned after working in the trenches.
