What is it?
Kincubator is a company that acts as an incubator for investment

our R&D Labs or Third Party Proposals.
How does it work?
Kincubator will incubate ideas and projects that are proposed or
are the result of the knowledge derived from Research and Development
work in Innovation that can be consolidated into spin off projects, like
Knowdle, Rossetasec or Innovr´us, iPLATÓ, AKIKBO...
Kincubator´s strategic investment committee will present for
approval to Kincubator´s board of directors its proposals for investment in
selected spinoff projects

The main objective is to obtain, and maintain, a high return for its

The second part of this objective is ensuring there is sufficient

project/company has the opportunity to fully execute its business plan.

devised to allow for partial or full divestment in time in line with the initial
investment criteria associated to the specific spinoff business.

logarithmic complexity and/or a scientific foundation, an investment is required in

the range of 250.000€ to 300.000€.

This entails 1 year development time of 5 qualified programmers, approximately
2500 hours, resulting in 150.000€ to 200.000€ of personnel cost and the remainder
used to purchase equipment.
R&D+i financing
These proposed projects will solicit other national and international sources of financing available to R&D+i, such us:
Public entities that will play an important role in Spain’s development over the next few years, such as CDTI,
PROFITs, ENISA like AVANZA PROGRAMs, INNPACTOs PROGRAM, CENIT PROGRAMs and 7th EUROPEAN
FRAMEWORK.
We will participate in national and international R&D+i projects which will open doors to other important sources of financing.
